Scope
This agreement sets out the terms on which an organisation participates in the Menopause Accreditation Programme.
NOTE — this page replaces the former MAP Agreement. The abbreviation MAP now refers exclusively to Menopause Action Plans. Set a permanent redirect from /map-agreement/ to this page.
What we provide
Delivery of the eight programme steps, comprising the diagnostic audit, the Insights and Recommendations Report, a co-created improvement plan, reassessment, the Progress and Impact Report, and accreditation where the standard is met.
eLearning licences and live workshops are priced and contracted separately.
What the organisation provides
Distribution of the workforce survey, access to relevant policy documents, a nominated programme lead, and reasonable participation in agreed sessions.
Data protection
Where we process survey responses on your behalf you are the controller and we are the processor. Anonymity and small-sample suppression are applied automatically.

Accreditation and use of the mark
Accreditation is valid for twelve months from the date of award and renewed by reassessment.
The accreditation mark may be used in recruitment and internal communications while valid, and must be removed on expiry if not renewed.
