Karina Todd
Founder, Work Life People
Chartered Accountant, coach and corporate trainer. Karina founded Work Life People to close the gap between what organisations say about wellbeing and what their people actually experience.
Two careers, one perspective
Karina spent more than 25 years as a Chartered Accountant across the corporate, public and voluntary sectors in the UK and Ireland — the kind of career that teaches you how organisations really make decisions, and what evidence it takes to change them.
Alongside it she built a second practice: over 12 years as a coach and corporate trainer specialising in workplace wellbeing, leadership development and menopause awareness.
Work Life People grew out of the overlap. Too much wellbeing provision was warm but unevidenced, or rigorous but cold. Karina built a business that refuses the choice.
