What the programme fee covers

The accreditation programme fee starts at £795 plus VAT. That covers the structured pathway: the diagnostic, the analysis, the improvement plan, the reassessment and the accreditation itself.

Priced separately

Two elements sit outside the programme fee because they scale with your organisation rather than with the work:

  • eLearning licences — from £95 + VAT per learner, with volume pricing above 50 users
  • Live workshops — The M Word at Work, quoted by session and location

Renewal

Accreditation is valid for twelve months and renewed by reassessment. Renewal costs less than the initial programme because the instruments are already configured and your baseline exists.

Pricing questions

Because organisations range from 50 employees to several thousand. Bundling it would mean smaller employers subsidising larger ones.

Multi-site organisations are quoted individually, since the diagnostic needs to account for variation between locations.

Yes. The accreditation programme has no headcount threshold — that applies only to the statutory Action Plan requirement.

The programme is designed so that you do. If the audit shows significant gaps we tell you at the outset and agree a realistic timeline, rather than taking the fee and reporting failure.
